Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, high demand, or limited stock situations, processing times may vary.
Once shipped, customers will receive an email containing a tracking number. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear.
Most orders deliver within 3–7 business days depending on location, carrier volume, and shipping method. Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Bulk and pallet orders may require special freight arrangements.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it is missing, customers should check with neighbors, building staff, parcel lockers, or the local post office before contacting us.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced. Always double-check your information before submitting an order.
