Exclusive Wholesale aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If you are not satisfied, this policy outlines how returns and refunds work.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened food products or perishable items cannot be returned unless damaged upon delivery.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason. Our support team will review your request and provide the correct return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by policy or law.
If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Wholesale and bulk orders may have additional restrictions. Certain clearance, dated, or liquidation items may not be returnable.
Items must arrive in resellable condition. Returns that arrive damaged, opened, or altered may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.
